A friend got me a great Christmas present last year: A diary. But not a simple diary - although it is called like that. It gives you one page for each day with questions to answer. It ask for the date, rate your day with given answers and always ask you why. It then also ask you other questions you might find a bit weird but will open your mind to new directions.
